Used it a few times and had no issues, but this most recent time unfortunately was problematic. After I sent the payment for the shipping label, I was never redirected to the print page, and it said my order had timed out. This wasnt their fault, the Dash blockchain experienced an outage recently due to an update that basically broke everything. However, a fix was issued weeks ago, and they still have not refunded my payment. They said they can't get their Dash client to sync back up with the network (myself and countless others have re-synced the client with the Dash blockchain and have resumed sending/receiving like normal). They have also stopped responding to my emails.
They may still be good for one-off postage in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend entrusting them with any orders over a few dollars. Especially if they are time sensitive.
If the CryptoPostage admins refund the payment, I will update this review. As of this writing, it has been 17 days they have had my coins. Their last email to me was May 30th.
Update: I asked if they would just issue the refund in a different cryptocurrency, and they agreed. I gave them my BTC address, then they emailed me saying I never sent them a BTC address. So, I responded with my BTC address again. Still, no refund or any further communication. W... Refund still not received. No further communication from support. Sadly, it seems CryptoPostage is no longer a viable option. Altcoinpostage.com is a good alternative. No issues so far.
Final Update: Refund received via BTC. Apparently my last couple emails to them (which contained my BTC refund address) were filtered as spam or something. So, they did eventually make it right.
