Very supportive and rick is very helpful, they helped me through out the whole process for purchase. i had some problems with customs as the miners came from china but rick helped me sort it out. leaving review upon request and happy to leave 5 stars, great purchase. definitely recommend them.

They're a small company that made some bad customer service choices. It shouldn't have taken 15 emails to correct the problem. But in the end, it's being fixed.

Just got my tracking yesterday and i have now decided to leave a review here and on trustpilot, Excellent support service, great team behind, fantastic prices when you see others Online shop where price are 40-60% more expensive, Legit hosting service referral....I think the team behind crypto rock are professionals and they do things right...In this cryptocurrency community where many scammers are around, crypto rock provide an Online shop (for miners) and a network of colocation centres which are trustfull & reliable....Great to have found them, I think they should have better rating than 3 stars...
P.S i have found them from a thread at bitcoin forum and decided to try them in case they were offering legit prices or not.

Read more As a new buyer I was a little worried at first. Their website is good and the ordering system is fine. I changed my order which did complicate matters a little, but that element was dealt with well by support. They ask for you to leave feedback here which can't be too bad. My only problem was on changing the order I was asked to leave feedback after i tried to cancel which was refuted, I wrote a email to the office to make my cancellation and my rights herein as a customer which was ignored. I was then informed the order was already dispatched. I was a little despondent to be honest. If they had refunded me I would ironically give 5 stars describing how straight forward it was. I think they should be more flexible with cancellations which could be done by insuring against it to some degree, though I understand the volatility and tbh i hadn't read the ordering policy. There must be a better way putting the customer first? The units arrived in perfect condition and tracked well direct from china, I had a small issue with one set-up I managed to resolve. On arrival there was a pleasant surprise! This did help my outlook substantially. My units are setup now and running well. The turnaround was actually very reasonable considering the current climate. I think if they become more reasonable with customers money they will improve their professional position vastly. Overall a positive experience in the end with a small stress along the way.

I have a more or less fair review on these guys, their customer support is excellent and prices are market competitive for most of the products, i got my Z15 4 days late but it works fine , they need to work on fast shipping else it'll reflect badly on their name.

I purchased a unit from Cryptorock LLC over a month ago and have received nothing. The miner I purchased is now more than two weeks over due and nothing from the company in response to any of my inquiries. UPSC Logistics is the shipper they use which is clearly a terrible choice.... Read more I purchased a unit from Cryptorock LLC over a month ago and have received nothing. The miner I purchased is now more than two weeks over due and nothing from the company in response to any of my inquiries. UPSC Logistics is the shipper they use which is clearly a terrible choice. UPSC's website is a joke and smacks of a scam. Over the past month it was suspended for at least 24 hrs and doing a little poking around the site itself; it's complete mumbo jumbo. According to UPSC's bs "Tracking Number" my particular package has been "in transit" from the UK for over a week now! Crypto Rock LLC is a Nevada reg company as stated above and their business address is a storage unit off a hwy in Reno. Since my purchase I've also done some research into the principles of the company which I would HIGHLY recommend you do prior to dealing with them as well. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these guys.
