I would say registration is necessary for any crypto exchange. Verification is necessary i would say. Other than that the exchange is good.

Order ySGeFG5V was paid . "I paid" button was clicked. Waited 30 minutes, refreshed, and now order is canceled.

Have contacted support , no response. Will edit if situation resolves.
