Founded in 2003 by Brian Merrion, City Point Realty was formed to raise the bar of client representation. Independently owned and operated, City Point now operates in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area as well as Chicago, IL where Brian’s brother Dan manages the flagship office today. Brian and Dan bring over 20 years real estate experience to the table as well as being 3rd generation real estate agents.
