At first glance, the training method with an electronic pulse collar could also seem bloody and hard, but let's try to think what would be the consequences due to a dog chasing a cat in the middle of a road?
Or that at full speed comes out of the house or from the garden gate and enters ruinously in the street?
Or a dog that barks excessively for no reason?
Thus disturbing you and / or vs. neighbors, perhaps even giving you some legal problems?
