Buying a used recirculating chiller can save a company a lot of money and cut down lead time tremendously but there is some risk. What if the used chiller doesnt work and cant be economically repaired? What about customizing it to your own needs? Chiller City has the solution to these problems by selling only fully refurbished chillers customized to your needs.
Chiller City is the outgrowth of many years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Our excellent technical staff will customize the chiller to your process and be there for should you ever need support. Since we rebuild chillers every day we keep in stock nearly every part needed to get your chiller back running as soon as possible. We challenge to you call anyone, whether they are the OEM or another reseller and ask them your technical questions and then call us. Then you decide who you want to call should you ever have a problem.
While technology in many areas make equipment only a few years old obsolete, refrigeration technology has remained relatively stable. This makes a refurbished chiller or temperature bath an excellent value. Our proprietary refurbishing process in addition to our outstanding technical support and liberal warranty policy takes the risk out of buying a used recirculating chiller. In addition, advances such as environmentally friendly refrigerants, improved parts and newer more advanced controllers may be incorporated into units during the refurbishing process.
Why buy from Chiller City?
We stock hundreds of chillers and baths by Manufacturers such as Neslab, Fisher Scientific, Cole-Parmer, Branson, McQuay, Temptronic, Tenney, Thermotron, Tek-Temp and others. Many have never been used. All are guaranteed to meet or exceed original manufacturers specifications. Every item sold includes a MINIMUM 90 day parts & labor warranty, subject to our standard Terms & Conditions. Items also may be purchased with extended warranty. Neslab Inc. or other OEM service contracts may also be arranged if desired.
Because of our large stock, we can often deliver equipment with much shorter lead times than the original manufacturer. Also, our extensive customization capabilities allow us to extend the application range of many units far beyond what the original OEM may have intended.
We offer pre-sales support to make sure you get the right unit for your application. Additionally, every unit we sell also includes FREE lifetime telephone support whether you have questions about hookup, operation, or applications.
Other Services
In addition to providing factory trained service on ALL Neslab and many other temperature and refrigeration products,we offer fully warranted on-site and depot service as well as air to water and water to air cooling conversions and conversions to environmentally friendly refrigerants.
Chiller City also purchases and takes trade-ins of used temperature related equipment, especially Neslab brand. This provides an economical and environmentally friendly alternative for equipment that is no longer needed.
