I had a very disappointing experience with BuySellVouchers. I bought Order 46696380, listed as Google Play 20000 INR India, but the code did not work. During redemption, the currency shown was IDR, not INR, even though my payment profile was India.

I had a very disappointing experience with BuySellVouchers. I bought Order 46696380, listed as Google Play 20000 INR India, but the code did not work. During redemption, the currency shown was IDR, not INR, even though my payment profile was India.
I provided screenshot and video proof, but the dispute was closed after I missed an update because I only received an email when it was already closed. Support said they cannot change the final dispute decision and told me to contact the seller directly. I contacted the seller again, but the seller did not provide any refund, reimbursement, or proof that the exact code was valid, unused, and redeemable for India.
In my opinion, this case was handled unfairly, and the seller’s behavior appears highly suspicious based on the evidence.
