Easy to get started, well designed API and control panel and affordable prices. Only drawback is that you're not getting the same level of features as the big tech clouds, just the server instances, storage and basic networking.

Truly a fast and convenient service, and plenty for your money. Excellent fast and knowledgeable support, control panel, API and the servers all feel fast and reliable. KVM based provider so likely no overselling that may slow it down over time.

Very easy to sign up and get started, doesn't collect any personal information other than an email address which seems to be used for notifications only. Reasonably priced servers, many locations, excellent support and api with examples.

99Stack Cloud is a privacy focused provider that only collects a minimal amount of personal information compared to other similar providers, they also take cryptocurrency payments, including Monero, and offer a pay-as-you-go billing model in every region. Great support and a powerful api.

Easy to use, well documented API, acceptable pricing, generous deployment limits, fast and knowledgeable support via email and very privacy friendly. Only thing missing is Bitcoin lightning payments, but on the other hand they do accept many different cryptocurrencies, including Monero and without ID verification.

Great support with fast response times, although generally a bit more expensive than the competition. Only a few plans are cheaper. Sometimes they have nice discounts for cryptocurrency payments.
