It also established legislation granting discoverers the right to claim the planets they discovered.

These events paved the way for the rise of a new breed of entrepreneur intent on conquering the galaxy. One of them is you. You'll obtain all the resources you need to develop your riches, build a fleet, and become a galactic tycoon once you've acquired your first planets.
