A fitted cotton sheet woven with a grid of 5% silver thread. Plug the NZ cord into an earthed wall socket, and you're grounded while you sleep — skin to sheet. Some people call it a grounding sheet and others an earthing sheet. It's the same thing.
Plenty of Kiwis come to us after stiff mornings or a sore shoulder that follows them into bed. A quick note on silver: we use quality silver thread, not low-grade metals. Silver prices have risen sharply, so sheet prices may go up again.

Sheet or mat?


Choose the sheet if you like cotton on your skin, sleep bare-legged or in light cotton, and want the classic fitted-sheet setup.

Choose our grounding mat for bed if you sleep in pyjamas, want less washing, the 90-day trial, or something that typically lasts longer than a silver sheet.

Is a silver grounding sheet right for you?


Best with bare skin. Light cotton sleepwear may still give some grounding as body warmth and moisture build up.

Cold nights. Some customers pair the sheet with our conductive grounding socks so their feet stay connected.

How long a silver earthing sheet lasts
Expect 12–24 months of good conductivity. Washing, sunlight and body oils slowly wear the silver, mostly in the spots you sleep on. That's true of any silver sheet, and we'd rather tell you up front.
Warranty: 12-month repair or replacement for manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover misuse, improper care or physical damage.
Returns: for hygiene reasons, grounding sheets aren't covered by our 90-day trial. If the trial matters to you, our carbon grounding mats are covered, and they typically last 4–5x longer than a sheet.

Caring for your grounding sheet


Wash: weekly, in the washing machine, warm water, liquid laundry detergent.

Dry: low-heat dryer or line dry.

Avoid: bleach, fabric softener, whitening or oxi detergents, detergents with oils (like lavender or coconut), and dryer sheets.

What is a grounding sheet?A fitted cotton sheet woven with a grid of silver thread (5% silver). A cord connects it to the earth pin of your wall socket, so you're earthed while you sleep. Some people call it an earthing sheet. It's the same thing.

Silver or stainless steel sheet?Our silver sheet is a fitted cotton sheet with 5% silver thread that you sleep directly on, in sizes Single to Super King. Our stainless steel earthing sheet is 30% stainless steel and 70% cotton and lies flat under your own fitted sheet, and you wash it every 1–3 months. Both come with our NZ earthing plug.
Are sheets on the 90-day trial?No. For hygiene reasons, grounding sheets aren't covered by our 90-day trial. Carbon grounding mats are.
