Description
Learn all about Remedy's Nutrition® Pantothenic Acid Tablets
Remedy's Nutrition® Pantothenic Acid packs 500 mg of vitamin B5 into each vegetarian tablet, with 100 tablets per bottle — a focused, single-vitamin dose for people who want B5 on its own rather than buried in a multivitamin.
Your body converts pantothenic acid into coenzyme A, the molecule that turns food into usable energy and supports the adrenal glands. To understand how B5 works with the rest of the B family, read our complete guide to the 8 types of B vitamins.
Every tablet is vegan, kosher, non-GMO, and free of gluten, yeast, corn, and dairy — pharmacist reviewed with guaranteed potency.
Remedy's Nutrition® Pantothenic Acid may assist with:
Metabolism
Fatigue
Adrenal Gland Support
Pantothenic Acid is also known as Vitamin B5. The prefix pantos means everywhere, which is fitting since Pantothenic Acid is found all over the body.

Studies and Trials for Vitamin B5
"Pantethine, a derivative of vitamin B5, favorably alters total, LDL and non-HDL cholesterol in low to moderate cardiovascular risk subjects eligible for statin therapy: a triple-blined placebo and diet-controlled investigation."
A high level of low-density lipoprotein can be considered a major risk for coronary heart disease. This study sought to examine the effect of pantethine, which the body produces from Vitamin B5, on cardiovascular risk markers.
32 participants participated in this study.
Patients took Pantethine(600mg/day from weeks 1 to 8 and 900mg/day from weeks 9 - 16) vs placebo.
Results show that patients taking pantethine had a significant decrease in total cholesterol, and 11% decrease in LDL levels from baseline when compared to placebo.
