Iguanodon Enamel Pin (Iguanodon bernissartensis)

If dinosaurs had hand gestures, Iguanodon’s would be the thumb spike—a conical weapon likely used for fending off predators or passive-aggressively poking rivals. First discovered in the early 1800s, Iguanodon was one of the very first dinosaurs ever described, making it a celebrity of paleontology long before T. rex hit the scene. Growing up to 10 meters long, this Early Cretaceous herbivore roamed Europe in herds, balancing on both two and four legs, and chewing plants with battery-like teeth built for efficiency. This hard enamel pin captures its sturdy frame and iconic thumb spike in polished metal and enamel—no Belgian coal mine or Victorian illustration required.
