Dual-Layer Reinforcement
When connecting headphone amplifiers, short cables often experience significant bending, which can cause peeling and breaking. The BC44Net introduces an innovative dual-shell design. The inner shell is molded together with the cable, akin to reinforcing concrete with steel bars.
Then, a titanium alloy outer shell is reverse-fitted and secured by rotating and tightening the threaded mechanism. An internal injection molding process is employed to prevent the braided sleeve from loosening over time.
Net-Level Eight-Strand Braiding
The BC44Net utilizes the same shielded cable as the Nyx Net, with an innovative flexible design and an eight-strand braid. The core structure is inspired by the Nyx Pro, with a 1:8 ratio of conductors: 7 thickened OCC conductors arranged in a circular formation, surrounded by evenly distributed ultra-fine OCC conductors. This clever combination of conductors ensures precise transmission of signals across different frequency ranges.
Titanium Alloy + Fiber Braided Sleeve
BC44Net prioritizes lightweight, flexible and durable characteristics by combining titanium alloy hardware with a fiber braided sleeve. Its soft texture ensures excellent durability in daily use, effectively resisting bending, pulling, and other external forces. This achieves a perfect balance of quality and tactile feel.
