This is by far the worst support experience I’ve ever had.
At the beginning, everything seemed fine, but over the last 6–7 months the service has become extremely unreliable. There are constant issues, and the support team is practically nonexistent.

When you contact them, yo... Lire la suite

I do not recommend this seller under any circumstances! They do not respond to messages, nor to opened tickets, they do not provide the services they claim to offer, and on top of that, when they actually remember to reply, they have the nerve to tell you to upgrade.

I waited for a long time for a reply from ANONRDP and what was the result? You wrote me that you will move servers! The website has been down for a very long time! How long can this go on?! I want to receive quality service for the money I pay! But so far, all I’m getting is stre... Lire la suite

I’m really disappointed in this service because the servers have been down for days, and the company isn’t doing anything to fix the issue. I used to be happy with everything, but now I’m completely frustrated because AnonRDP support hasn’t responded to me even once.

The servers have been down for 7 days. Support can't give an answer and in the end just started to ignore the tickets.

I used the servers for a year and had no questions.
Now just a terrible attitude servers are not available for a long time answer is impossible to wait from support to solve the problem. No desire to use their services in the future
