Solutions RDP anonymes :

At the beginning, everything seemed fine, but over the last 6–7 months the service has become extremely unreliable. There are constant issues, and the support team is practically nonexistent.
When you contact them, you wait 2–3 weeks for a response — and sometimes you don’t get any reply at all. It feels like unless you keep pushing or escalate aggressively, your ticket is simply ignored.
There is no communication, no transparency, and no sense of responsibility. You’re left completely in the dark with ongoing problems and no clear answers.
I honestly cannot recommend this service to anyone. If it were possible, I wouldn’t even give it one star.
I do not recommend this seller under any circumstances! They do not respond to messages, nor to opened tickets, they do not provide the services they claim to offer, and on top of that, when they actually remember to reply, they have the nerve to tell you to upgrade.

I have not met such a disgusting feedback support for a long time. Servers are down and I keep hearing different reasons and different solutions from anonrdp.com, but nothing changes at all, the support is just stalling! This is the worst service I have ever dealt with!!!
I’m really disappointed in this service because the servers have been down for days, and the company isn’t doing anything to fix the issue. I used to be happy with everything, but now I’m completely frustrated because AnonRDP support hasn’t responded to me even once.

ANONRDP.COM screwed for money and did not do the work - just disappeared after receiving payment! Very sorry for the wasted time and money. I do not advise anyone to get in touch with these cheaters!
I used the servers for a year and had no questions.
Now just a terrible attitude servers are not available for a long time answer is impossible to wait from support to solve the problem. No desire to use their services in the future

I immediately sent an email and received a response saying that everything will start working soon and that I shouldn't worry. However, three more days have passed, and nothing has been fixed. Anonrdp does not answer my next emails. It turns out they deceived me, I was expecting the service to be restored, but it did not happen! Anonrdp.com took my money but didn’t provide the promised services. Moreover, they stopped responding to emails and disappeared. It’s a SCAM!
The servers have been down for 7 days. Support can't give an answer and in the end just started to ignore the tickets.
