This is my first experience of using PlayerUp website. I sold my account on 11/7/23. Everething was fine: fast creation of 3 way ticket, fast response to my question about previous scam attempt from the bad person, secure. Account was sold for 185$ and on 11/19/23 i got message that 160,95$ arrived to my Middleman Wallet Balance. Then i made attempt to Middleman Wallet Balance Cashout and got this message: "Your payment has been successfully scheduled to be sent and it will appear in your Account within an estimated 1-96 hours." After 1 week i started worrying and ask about current status of my payment but got only automated bot response. In my country PayPal not fully working so i choose BankTransfer (Global) method. I'm still waiting for my payment and don't know when i get it. Transaction ID: 922055743
Edit: Literally as I am writing this I am in chat with their support which I found on another site. Seems progress is being made so I will edit this review later if they don't fix the issue. All resolved at least for now.
Although the sellers can be bad the playerup mods have helped me out settle my order. I had a problem with an order as a buyer and playerup mods helped me settle it which I'm grateful for. I got the refund and they punished the seller as well so I appreciate what they did for me.

Three days in, have not received any response, contacted MiddleMan, support of PlayerUp and they were more than helpful with providing options on how to proceed with irresponsible, unresponsive sellers. Overall, very safe platform, protects buyers from potential scammers and enables users to buy accounts or other digital goods without fear of being scammed. My advise would be to follow automated process and not worry (As I was doing initially), since even if it takes longer or any problems arises, it will get resolved.

Regarding my previous review, meanwhile middleman replied to me and said he would make the payment.
Did a couple transactions with PlayerUp. One went smoothly. Had a little issue with another transaction but in the end everything worked out. I would definitely use PlayerUp again.
This company is legit. I was fully paid on my first sell order. There was no issue. I do recommend them.

Sold an account for a mobile game a couple of weeks ago. Account transfer to the new owner was safe, fast and smooth via the free Middleman service. Few days had passed after the account transfer, I was asked for verification + payment options and I chose PayPal. Order was in queue for a good while until I finally got an email saying: "This message is to inform you that your payment has now been successfully scheduled to be transferred and your transaction is now officially complete. Positive Feedback will be submitted to your account shortly if it hasn't already been submitted. Thank you again for remaining patient with us during this account transfer process." I haven't gotten neither the positive feedback or payment and it's been over the 96 hour time frame now. I've sent a dm to Middleman, but haven't gotten a response back yet, except for an automated one. I'm getting a little concerned, but might as well wait a little longer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. If the payment arrived in time, would've easily been a 10 star rating.

I believe some changes should be made to where the user can contact support. Why this is relevant is because as of the time I purchased to services within middle man and I cannot activate my orders, thanks.

Considering the middleman charged me 20% of my sale, the least they can do is be mindful and produce updates on the transactions. At this point, I had to adjust the transaction to cancel and that will disappoint the buyer because of the middleman not following their own instructions. I will see how long this continues without any responses. This company should do better considering we are trusting them to help with online services. Give me my money or give me my account back. Period. Ridiculous.

right after i paid i got ignored every refund request i made just got canceled like nothing
i even posted reviews with proof and they reached out quick acting like they’ll fix it but till this day i’ve been stuck in a so called chat with the mm since 19 12 2025
and till now every time i send a ticket they just reply saying it’s being handled and escalated to the team when in reality it’s probably just one or two people who took my money and put a fake front on the site

I have been a verified vendor (Username: Azorkai) on PlayerUp for years. The platform has withheld my earnings totaling over $3,966.00 USD for verified transactions completed between 2022-2023. Buyers received their goods, PlayerUp collected the money, but they refused to release my funds for over 3 years.
After years of patience, I finally sent a formal Legal Demand Letter and filed a Consumer Protection Complaint with the Washington State Attorney General and DFI this week regarding their violations of RCW 19.86 (Unfair Practices) and RCW 18.44 (Unlicensed Escrow Activity).
THE RESULT?
Instead of resolving the debt, PlayerUp immediately LOCKED/BANNED my account (Azorkai) within hours of receiving the legal notice. They are now attempting to hide the transaction history and evidence by blocking my access.
This is a clear act of retaliation and spoliation of evidence.
WARNING to all users: Do not trust this platform with your money or digital assets. If you ask for your money, they will ban you. I am currently pursuing this via state regulators and legal action.

Sold item for 150$ on 21. 8. 2025, when the buyer confirmed delivery (tx: *******-150).
Since then nothing happened for weeks, despite I reached them using multiple support channels. I urged them multiple times in telegram, which they responded only vaguely. On 16. 9. 2025 they finally processed the payment from middleman to the playerup balance, and initiated cashout to my bank account.
The playerup balance is 0, the cashout is being processed. Since then there is no action, every message I send to them is ignored. They even billed me $20 for that awful service — unbelievable!

Beware this site. Advertise on it all you want, but don't you dare actually try selling or buying anything if you or your seller actually want to see your payment.
