Легко было разобраться, да и поддержка лояльная, шустрая, способная помочь и направить. Стабильно все работает. Удобно, что есть авто конвертация крипты в стейблкоины. Экономия времени тоже имеет значение.

I was very pleased with the work of the managers, the support guys really help at every stage of integration, all issues are resolved quickly. The personal account is made very conveniently, everything is intuitive and works smoothly. A huge plus for auto-conversion into stablecoins, which eliminates unnecessary risks, and for clear auto-withdrawals to the wallet.
The crypt has become a good additional income.
Перепробовали несколько платформ, пока не остановились на этой. Главный плюс для нас — это автоматизация. Настроили автовыводы и конвертацию в USDT. Всё работает «само», без лишнего ручного контроля.

On October 30th at 5:00 PM, I was directed to the payment gateway heleket.com to make a purchase from a website. The payment method offered was cryptocurrency, and I selected Litecoin for the transaction. I sent the amount of $420 to the provided address. After the funds left my wallet and arrived at their wallet, the transaction was marked as "blocked" without any explanation. The only support contact they provided was a Telegram bot ID.
After messaging their support and waiting several hours, they requested proof that the funds were mine. I submitted all the necessary documents, including the transaction receipt and screenshots to prove that the funds came from my exchange account and were transferred to their wallet.
However, after waiting for two days, instead of refunding my money, they asked me for "KYC" verification. I created an account on their website and completed the automated verification process through Sumsub, but even that was not sufficient for them. They then requested a direct photo of my documents along with a selfie, which is illegal. As far as I know, I am not selling anything to them or using their payment gateway to conduct business. I simply want a refund of my own money. Why would they need my personal documents for this?
Additionally, this company does not provide any information or physical address on their website, which raises serious concerns. They could misuse my personal information and potentially cause legal issues for me. If they do not return my funds, I will be forced to report this to Russian cybercrime authorities.

We understand that having your funds flagged by AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks can be frustrating and inconvenient. Please note that AML verification is a standard security procedure required to ensure the safety of both our users and the platform as a whole.
I would also like to clarify why the support manager asked for additional documents in the chat. The KYC verification you completed through Sumsub was not approved because the photos provided appeared to be altered, and such submissions cannot pass verification. You are not required to send your documents directly in the chat — you may simply repeat the KYC process and provide valid, unmodified documents.
Our support team has already reached out to you with further instructions, and we will continue assisting you until the issue is fully resolved.
Thank you for your understanding.

On October 18 at 12:31 PM, I sent 1,000 USD from my crypto address to my Heleket account. I was using this platform to receive payments on my websites.
However, the money I sent was blocked without any justification.
Even though I provided all the requested information and evidence completely, my funds have not been refunded for 10 days.
I have contacted live support multiple times, but I am no longer receiving any responses. My most recent support ticket was deleted without any explanation.
For 10 days now, I have been unable to get my money back from Heleket, and I am experiencing serious financial distress.
I strongly advise other users not to use this platform to avoid going through the same issue I did.
I also demand that Heleket return my money and would like to state that I will exercise all my legal rights in this matter.

Using a cryptographic payment system for business is an excellent solution! The integration was easy, without unnecessary settings. The commission starts from 0.4%, which is very profitable, plus no additional charges for connection. I especially liked the automatic conversion of cryptocurrencies into stablecoins, which helps to avoid losses due to market volatility.
Massive payouts and support for popular platforms such as WooCommerce and WHMCS make the process convenient and fast. The system works smoothly
