I went with the 2-step because I wanted staged targets instead of hitting one big number in a single phase, but if you're someone who's confident and wants to move fast, the 1-step with its single 10% target gets you funded quicker. And if you're more conservative, the 3-step spreads the target out even further, 8% then 4% then 4%, which is a lot easier to stomach psychologically than one big number. Having all three options meant I could actually pick something that matched how I trade instead of being forced into a one size fits all evaluation.

I liked having that choice instead of everyone being forced into the same model. The profit split is attractive once you pass, but getting there still requires patience and discipline.

I already relied on an Expert Advisor for trade management and regularly held swing positions through the weekend, so I was relieved that neither approach created unnecessary problems. Instead of rebuilding my trading plan from scratch, I could continue using the methods I had already spent years developing. That continuity made the transition into the evaluation much smoother.

Most prop firms place so much emphasis on finishing within a limited timeframe that traders end up forcing setups just to stay on schedule. With Fewpips, the unlimited challenge duration allowed me to focus purely on following my trading plan. I opted for the 2-Step evaluation because it offered a balanced progression, and I appreciated knowing exactly what targets I needed to achieve without unnecessary pressure. The ability to hold trades over the weekend also suited my swing trading approach, while EA support gave me the flexibility to automate parts of my strategy. When comparing prop firms, these practical trading conditions stood out more than flashy marketing claims

Leer más After spending time with several proprietary trading firms, I realized that many evaluations create unnecessary pressure by forcing traders to meet tight deadlines. Fewpips offered a completely different experience. The unlimited time to complete the challenge allowed me to trade according to my strategy rather than chasing trades just to stay on schedule. I selected the 2-Step evaluation because it provided a balanced progression with achievable milestones while still maintaining strict risk management. I also appreciated that the platform allows weekend holding and Expert Advisors, giving traders the flexibility to use strategies that fit their personal trading style. The coaching course was another feature I didn't expect to use as much as I did. It served as a helpful reminder that consistency and discipline are often more valuable than chasing high-risk opportunities.
The biggest reason to consider fewpips is the opportunity to trade under a prop-firm model rather than relying exclusively on personal trading capital. For a profitable trader without substantial personal funds, this model can provide a path toward trading larger allocations.
Fewpips applies a 2% maximum loss to a trade idea across its accounts. That creates a very clear ceiling on how much I can risk on one idea.
I use an Expert Advisor as part of my trading system, so EA compatibility was one of the first things I checked before choosing Fewpips. The fact that EAs are allowed with pre-approval was important to me because I didn't want to completely change my strategy just to fit a prop firm. I also like having weekend holding available because my system isn't designed around closing everything before the market shuts for the weekend.
