I wanted to test it so I decided to buy just 100 USD worth of crypto.
After many attempts, the payment failed - didn't go through. The verification is the most complicated on earth, it is like applying for a passport or a visa.
I failed their verification and my card had issues according to them (It never happened with other merchants, even when using VPN).
From all my attempts, every single time I received the message that transaction failed because of verification or because of the bank. I finally gave up, all messages were clear: TRANSACTION FAILED.
However, after 12H someone manually processed my payment without my authorisation but the crypto i got was worth only 65 USD, not 100 (or 87 because the crypto i bought has a 13%tax).
My frustrating experience with GUARDARIAN is that:
- they ILLEGALY processed my failed transaction on their sole discretion, without consulting me or having my authorisation.
- They refused to refund me, even after sending back the cryptos to the same address (Now they have my money and my crypto)
- They LIE BIG TIME about their 1% fee, it is around 20% in some cases. You can test it for your self right away, only by comparing it with PCSwap or other service. Don't take my word on it.

Imagine that you have 1000 euros saved and go to a shop to buy a new PS5 (499 eur). First, the seller tell you that you need to be a registered customer to buy something in the shop, asking for passport, ID, everything. "Ok" you say, "should be something needed to avoid reseller speculation or something, it´s ok".
After that, you pick the ps5 and go to pay. The shop seller ask you for your credit card information, you enter the pin and the transaction is done. But 2 min later when you go to pick the ps5 he says "Oh sorry, there is a problem and the transaction failed. Please try again, don´t worry, other amount was refunded". Bit strange but ok, sometimes it happens.
We try again and same issue "Oh sorry, there is a problem and the transaction failed. Please try again, don´t worry, other amount was refunded". But this time, an alert arrives from my bank telling me that the balance in my account is less than 10 eur. "Excuse me, wth, where is my money?" "Yes sorry, you didn´t pass our risk verification (???????) and cannot tell you why but you can´t buy the playstation. The money is completely refunded, it can take 3 days to arrive".
Inhale, Exhale "ok, anyway, don´t want to get mad, let´s go home without 1000 eur and without my playstation to wait 3 days for the refund..."
3 days passed, only one transaction was refunded. 500 euros are still nobodyknowswhere. Calling to customer service. Same copied answer from before but now they changed the days from 3 up to 10 days. WTH i need my money to live! "Sorry but we did the refund, is not our fault if your bank or credit card doesn´t give you the money on time". How dare you? that it´s not your fault!!?? you charged me 2 fraudulent amounts in 5 minutes and if the bank blocks something is not your fault!!??? Obviously my bank says that there is no refund and we need to open a claim that can take up to 3 months to get resolved.
This is exactly what this company is doing but with cryptos, and i have all the proofs of it. You can see other people affected by the same and they are just passing the ball. They are 100% responsible of this.

Guardarian NEVER AGAIN, SCAMMERS
y have done 2 transactions 5557457930,5026509222 one was refunded and the second one they took my money and never paid my ecash back, they telling me that the wallet address is wrong.... SCAMMERS
