Item was listed as in stock, they want payment immediately, then after payment has been made the lies start.. "we need to get you a different machine... But it ships in a few days.." It's been 2 &1/2 months and they have no update?!- asked for a refund, they refuse but just stole $ and never sent anything.
Andy Wu the rep just says all sales final (I was never sold anything!) disregards the lie that it was in stock-says "it might ship soon, it's the manufacturers fault".. which is not an answer that you tell a customer that would have received an in stock item two months ago.. i can provide proof- The only reason I thought they were legit was from the YT Red Panda Mining channel promoting. I will update if I'm ever given anything.
***Update, they contacted Trustpilot requesting "more info" for the transaction so they could "better understand" the review!!?? lol
I`m guessing hoping that I didn`t see the email and the review would be removed and the truth not be told!! Nice try..
Pay attention to the good reviews on this as they look extremely fake.
They told me that they would "compensate me" when I "receive" the miner... It`s coming up on 3 months with nothing but fake promises hoping that I give up....
Excellent service. A quality product delivered quickly. The website was easy to negotiate - very impressed - well recommended.
All the process of this transaction was smooth, I am truly satisfied with the product, it really is in great condition as described! I was happily surprised to see how well packed it was

it is not a trustable company at all. They are not standing on their policy and change deals on their behalf whenever they want. it is the second time I try to purchase items, but because of the changing price, one time they send me back my money after two months, and the second time, exactly on the first business day of order time, they send an email and stop me to make the payment because they already sold my machine which I already have an order number for it. I have all emails and chats between me and them. I do not recommend them. you will waste your time and money with them. you only have the chance to receive your itme, if its price gets down. If you don't believe it, try it one time then you will learn it like me.
just look at this " • And right now we are only taking Cryptocurrency payment because bank transfer and other payment take 2-4 days and price of miners are very volatile so price changes sometimes or stock out before those payment comes on our account. "
it is just one part of our communication. the WU was available on their site, so I chose it, and the email I received shows the method of payment is WU. but they change it without any notification.
Really happy with the products, the quality is great, fast friendly service!
Great purchasing experience!

I am very pleasured with Cryptominerbros. The customer service was absolutely amazing as was the quality of the product once it arrived. Great experience from start to finish. Very pleased. Product came exactly how I imagined. no errors. Would definitely order again.
Terrible company they scammed me out of 700 USD I missed my payment day to pay the rest of a asic machine so they cancelled it I asked for a refund and they denied it saying it was company policy they just stole $700 from me how can that be company policy stealing people's money
My order returned and they lost the machine and refuse to give me another one or give me money back, I bought the Strogu U6 in December and until today nothing has been resolved, I paid 1,800.00 USD, they are being dishonest.
Cryptominer enter in touch with me we will try to solve this issue.
