Won item at auction… they were quick to ask for payment then weeks later, no communication, I had to constantly follow them up only to be advised they could not supply and I had to request refund. Follow instructions to request refund… again no communication. I had to go purchase elsewhere. Again no communication they canceled the refund because Item magically reappeared in the mail. I made alternate purchase based on them saying it couldn’t be supplied and now they don’t want to refund item.
