Calypso accepts exchanges or purchase credits on any defective, damaged or expired product, still in its original packaging, 30 days from the date of delivery;

Calypso products have a 12 month shelf life;

Calypso agrees to replace or offer a purchase credit for any product expired 90 days from the date of delivery;

Any product used or showing signs of wear will not be accepted;

The products on sale are neither returned nor exchanged.

To make a return or exchange request, here is the procedure to follow:

1- Write to us at [email protected] specifying the product to be returned or exchanged, your name and no. control;

2- We will send you a return label which you will receive on the e-mail address you used;

3- Return your items using the label provided.

The refund will be made upon return of the goods, note that any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
