Still Spirits Turbo 500 (T-500) with Copper Alembic Dome Basic Starter Pack

Instead of stripping flavours to produce a clean spirit like the T500, this pot still retains and enhances flavours. This can be used when distilling washes that contain flavours that you wish to collect when making crafted spirits like whiskey, rum and gin.
The Pot Still Alembic Condenser is best used with the T500 Boiler or Grainfather G30 and the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top. This condenser aids in the retention of flavour rather than stripping it out by refluxing. This comes with a thermometer, tubing and tap adaptor set.
The Pot Still Alembic Dome Top is copper and fits on to your T500 Boiler or Grainfather G30. The large copper surface area of this dome top acts as a catalyst with the vapours from your wash and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.
