"Designing premium leather iPad cases since 2010 taught us what leather can't do. For extreme environments, field work, and heavy daily use, we turned to co-molded technology using polycarbonate and TPU, the same engineering discipline behind our Hybrid MacBook cases. For the visual design language, it had to express toughness, ruggedness, protection, and durability. I really leaned into my experience designing the 1995-2005 Jeep Wrangler for this project. Big bumpers, oversized corner protection, a textured screen cover and high-grip areas all add up to a design that signal capability before you ever pick it up. These rugged iPad cases are like an off-road SUV for your Apple tablet. This is the go-anywhere, do-anything iPad Pro case. We honed 15+ years of designing cases for Apple tablets into this heavy-duty iPad Pro hard case. It's a design we're proud of."
