1. this project was using fake promo options ( fake account for fake reviews)
2. several complains from the users
3. We made request to company about these complains and didn't get any feedback
4. Anonymous, no real contacts

Don't trust this service. It's a scam. I'd sent btc, there was 3 conformations and the exchange page disappeared - 404 error after reload the page. Tried to reach out to support, sent the exchange id, the payment address, but haven't got any response. Also they have already spent my coins, I can see it on blockchain. Cryptwerk promote scammers.

There's no response for 3 days. I've sent 3 emails through the support form on payget and have provided some info for cryptwerk support in a reply email. Also you can see Brain's review below (01/15/2022) with the same problem. If you click on Brain's account, there's another review for Xmr-change. Xmr-change turned out to be another scam. Don't trust both payget and cryptwerk. Payget is a scam and cryptwerk promotes scammers. Probably they are the same staff and these sites are their extra earnings. Be careful. I continue observing the situation.

Sent payment to them an hour ago. As soon as the confirmations happened, their system cancelled the exchange and kept my cryptocoin. I tried reaching out to their customer service using the form, posting the exchange ID, the transaction ID, and payment proof. No response whatsoever.
