Stretch was founded by partner(d)s Boyd and Emmanuelle who decided to collaborate to offer the yoga they had been seeking to their own neighborhood and community, bringing together the teachers who are committed to their practice and dedicated to their students.

At Stretch, we regard yoga as an empowering and transformative practice. We believe that yoga is more than asana and should be available to everyone, regardless of ability, body type and age. We admire and encourage endless pursuit of knowledge and believe that yoga can be a catalyst for community building and social change. By holding space for conversation and dialogue, we can examine together, in the context of present day yoga, how it can affect and empower each of us.
