After nearly 3 weeks without their tech support even replying to an urgent request to restart a server or reply at all we finally got a reply today. Terrible service if you are late to pay. Paypal payment did not go through for 3 days( paypal error) and they terminated without a possibility to get data back. I was not able to see their notification within 2 days due to no internet connection. I begged to at least send me a copy of my files without any luck. It should be enough time allowed to resolve such situations.
