Imagine that you have 1000 euros saved and go to a shop to buy a new PS5 (499 eur). After that, you pick the ps5 and go to pay. The shop seller ask you for your credit card information, you enter the pin and the transaction is done. But 2 min later when you go to pick the ps5 he says "Oh sorry, there is a problem and the transaction failed. Please try again, don´t worry, other amount was refunded". Bit strange but ok, sometimes it happens.
We try again and same issue "Oh sorry, there is a problem and the transaction failed. Please try again, don´t worry, other amount was refunded". But this time, an alert arrives from my bank telling me that the balance in my account is less than 10 eur. "Excuse me, wth, where is my money?" "Yes sorry, you didn´t pass our risk verification (???????) and cannot tell you why but you can´t buy the playstation. The money is completely refunded, it can take 3 days to arrive".
Inhale, Exhale "ok, anyway, don´t want to get mad, let´s go home without 1000 eur and without my playstation to wait 3 days for the refund..."
3 days passed, only one transaction was refunded. 500 euros are still nobodyknowswhere. Calling to customer service. Same copied answer from before but now they changed the days from 3 up to 10 days. WTH i need my money to live! "Sorry but we did the refund, is not our fault if your bank or credit card doesn´t give you the money on time". How dare you? that it´s not your fault!!?? you charged me 2 fraudulent amounts in 5 minutes and if the bank blocks something is not your fault!!??? Obviously my bank says that there is no refund and we need to open a claim that can take up to 3 months to get resolved.
This is exactly what this company is doing but with cryptos, and i have all the proofs of it. You can see other people affected by the same and they are just passing the ball. They are 100% responsible of this.
