Our Founder was taken aback by the way most tour companies are doing business in Africa. By exploiting the weaknesses of the young African Tourism Industry, these companies are making fortunes, charging unusually high prices to their clients, while providing little or no investment in the local communities, not to mention the environment. With few reliable alternatives for travelers to turn to, our Directors launched E-Trip Africa.
E-Trip Africa was founded on the belief that tourism is an important source of much needed foreign revenue for underdeveloped countries and that sustainable tourism is an invaluable tool for developing communities and protecting the environment of sub-Saharan Africa. We encourage more people to visit Africa by promoting enjoyable, informative, and affordable trips.
E-Trip Africa is dedicated to developing cutting edge solutions that make it easier than ever to plan and book your trip to Africa. Not only is E-Trip Africa one of the few specialists in African Travel that allow you to book every aspect of your trip online, we will soon launch the first online tool that allows you to create your own custom made safari from start to finish, all while knowing exactly what each option of your trip will cost.
Our experts have worked together with a variety of Non-Profit Organizations, Social Enterprises, and Environmental Experts to evaluate our impact. Thus, our business practices, tours and trips have been designed with sustainability in mind, insuring that we create a net positive impact on our world.
