Used it a few times and had no issues, but this most recent time unfortunately was problematic. After I sent the payment for the shipping label, I was never redirected to the print page, and it said my order had timed out. Update: I asked if they would just issue the refund in a different cryptocurrency, and they agreed. I gave them my BTC address, then they emailed me saying I never sent them a BTC address. So, I responded with my BTC address again. Still, no refund or any further communication. Will update if that changes.

Refund still not received. No further communication from support. Sadly, it seems CryptoPostage is no longer a viable option. Altcoinpostage.com is a good alternative. No issues so far.

Final Update: Refund received via BTC. Apparently my last couple emails to them (which contained my BTC refund address) were filtered as spam or something. So, they did eventually make it right.
