I've used the exchange only a few times, but I must say the platform struck me as reliable and very user-friendly. Yes, KYC verification takes time, but I suppose it's important for security reasons. I quickly found suitable offers for me, and the transactions went quite smoothly. Btw the fees are ok, at 0.1%
